In terms of function it does its job ok: move air. Some mentioned that the airflow is weak, and there is some merit to that. Based on the design of the fan, that is somewhat expected. There are 3 levels (low, med, high). Most likely you will not bother with level 1. My passengers use it at 2 or 3 and never 1.
The cooling effect obviously only works when the ac cools down the air inside the car. In the meantime it just blows hot air to your neck or your passenger.
Main issue is that the product needs dimensions so that customers can understand if it fits their headrest poles or not. This is too wide for some cars, like a subaru xv, but just right for other cars like an older toyota corolla. A simple measurement would save a lot of guesswork and returns.
Also note, the air can only be directed up and down, not left and right, as the design of the grill suggests.
