To be honest, the packaging was very disappointing and the product felt like it had been used before.
There wasn't a single piece of plastic, they just put it in the product box.
Even though it's before use, it would be nice if you could provide basic plastic packaging.

The product is fine but have issues holding some phones. The magnet is very weak even if you place it outside the case and at the center weight of the phone. The arm will struggle to keep the phone in its position and drops.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me, I thought it could be used on non-smooth plastic, but it doesn't work.
