The notebook was not a4, it was a5. but then it could be my fault too, as i did not realized which size i was ordering, as it is possible to order both sizes. for the price i guess it is decent. the cover is soft material, some sort of fake suede letter imitation and just a thin paper glued together, so it can be bent easily. binding seems quality, so it should not fall apart easily. pages are very thin, i would say newspaper thin, so no usage of fountain pens- the ink will penetrate to other side! but for the price, especially if you compare actual a4, it goes to big a prices and even more, so it might be easier to order from big a and get it faster, especially if you have prime delivery. some pages just after the cover were stuck together in a bottom corner, but it was easily fixed with no consequences. i would say it is meh... if i knew what i know now- would have not ordered it.
