Frequently Asked Questions
Your questions answered.
Are these pens suitable for permanent use?
These are excellent for artistic projects, journaling, and note-taking. While they offer smooth lines, they are best suited for creative endeavors rather than professional archival work.
How do I prevent smudging?
The acrylic gel formula is designed to minimize smudging. For best results, allow the ink to dry completely before handling or layering on top of it.
Do the colors fade quickly?
The vibrant pigments are formulated for good longevity within the plastic casing. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place to maintain color intensity.
Are these pens safe for use on different paper types?
They work best on smooth paper or cardstock. Test the ink on a small area first to ensure compatibility with your chosen surface.

Extremely beautiful and high quality, I recommend it for coloring.
It takes 13 days, I live in a rural area outside the city, so that's excellent! !

minus points for the packaging
simple plastic film arrived exploded in plastic envelope and, of course, individual boxes arrived with broken corners +++

Jules Braun
3 of the boxes arrived broken, but the markers are perfect. The ink flows smoothly and has good pigmentation.
The only problem was the packaging, which was a couple of thin plastic bags that didn't provide much protection.

Absolutely fantastic! The 1mm are so much smoother than the 0.7mm. Really good flow, solid colours and fantastic selection. If you’re into colouring buy these now!

These were amazing pens! As expected of languo. However, three packs arrived broken and two of the pens were cracked so the paint inside dried out unfortunately.
The color is amazing though and it is a little unfortunate that those issues occured but out of 90 colors and 2 being broken, it could be worse. 9/10 would recommend. Hopefully yall dont get my bad luck
