At first it didn't cut, as the blades didn't pass through any of the blades. It was simply a matter of loosening a screw and it worked perfectly.

I bought it for a friend because it's very practical for cutting angles perfectly, rounding them nicely, and saving time. There is a reservoir at the bottom to collect paper scraps and avoid making a mess. Long delivery time of 1 month. But it's okay. Thank you.
