How do delivery and returns work?

To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Cute mouse! looks like a cat and works well.i bought it to use with my apple macbook neo and it does the job. there are two negatives tho—1. it seems to require a dongle ☹️(which it comes with) to connect with the computer and the dongle connects via usb. unfortunately, the neo has no usb ports so i had to add a plug adapter for it to work. 2. it is very lightweight and uses aa batteries. so be aware, this mouse is cordless but not rechargeable.

The only thing missing was the on/off button that most wireless mice have.
