It took 10 days to arrive, the packaging was not necessary, the case looks of medium quality, but a good one; let's hope the keyboard has a long battery life and the charge lasts a long time.

When the order was delivered to my address, the ecoscooting company deposited the package in a very poor manner. We were waiting for the package to arrive; the whole family was at home and they didn't even call the intercom.
They delivered the package without physical receipt at 4:30 PM on Saturday, January 3rd, according to the email received, and at 5:00 PM we went to the garden to check if it had been thrown at the property "when seeing the delivery email". Exactly, the package had been placed on the ground of the chalet (the garden wall is almost 2 meters high), so the delivery and service received do not seem reasonable to me.
I would like us to be able to receive some financial compensation in this regard.

The case is nice. It's quite hefty so it will add a lot of weight to your ipad. The keyboard works great! There's a button on the bottom left that feels loose and goes in hard but it doesn't seem to do anything. Otherwise it's great. Typing is way easier. You can remove the keyboard which is great, and the keyboard is unbelievably lightweight.
My two problems: the case came with a "dent"/mark on it. I'm not sure if it was damaged in shipping or prior to it. And another thing is that if you pop the keyboard off, the ipad doesn't stand by itself very well. I may add a rubber strip on the bottom of that section to grip it into place.

Shipping and delivery were very fast, the product feels quite sturdy, and the accessories are good for the price.

It's fine, though for this price the magnetic closure and the magnets that hold the keyboard in place should be stronger (or simply more magnets). The keyboard barely stays in place and often falls out if you open the case.

Received recently, paired with the iPad very quickly without problems. However, I had to set up the keyboard because the symbols weren't coming back, and after setting it up it worked perfectly. Everything great. A break to the organization, the store, and the shippers. Very satisfied.
