Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.

Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. I love this journal!! i contacted the seller beforehand as i was on the fence about the size of the engraving and they assured me accordingly - it came out perfect and just as i wanted. i received everything i requested, 1 charm, 1 of each paper type) and the kraft paper is sent regardless if you ask for it so was a great bonus! i managed to fit the 3 notebooks + the kraft sent, my own personal spiral notebook and a portfolio. it holds them all so well, and could honestly fit more due to the trifold design; it is the perfect ‘chunky’ for me. i can’t recommend enough!! :)

Everything arrived very well and quickly. It came with three inserts (booklets) plus a kraft envelope, the material is of very good quality and comes with an extra elastic band, the decoration is very cute and lightweight, the finishes are very well done. I loved it, I would order it again.

Well made and at a fraction of the price of main brand. more importantly unlike a lot of these notebooks it wraps around and protects the front edge. another bonus is the elastic that holds it closed is attached to the edge of the notebook and not the back. well packaged, item as described and as shown in pictures. delivered early!
