To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. The tripod and phone holder are quite flimsy. The holder itself holds the phone without issues, but the flexible tube springs a bit and doesn't maintain the position you fixed the phone in; it deviates slightly. The lighting is excellent. Overall, it fulfills its function.

The hoop is tiny, well I chose the smallest one hehe. If you are looking for a hoop that fits the size of your face, don't buy the small one, choose the medium one.

I made a mistake with the size because I thought it was the 24 cm ring. Not paying attention to the size expressed in inches, I ordered the 6-inch one, which is very small. Nevertheless, it still provides a decent light.
