To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Just as you see in the photos, good feel to the touch, materials are generally good. From previous experiences with these cases, they do peel and fade a bit over time, but there's nothing that can be done about that. For the price, it's very good. Also, it was a gift for my girlfriend and she loved it. It arrived before the estimated date.
