The adhesive strength is good, but it's a bit stiff when moving.
Before attaching, please check the phone's orientation carefully and choose the right side from the left side.
My phone is a Flip 8, so I attached it horizontally on the left side and inserted the charging cable inside. It's not in the way at all.
I'll have to buy another one and use it both ways~
If you attach the flip horizontally to the right side, MagSafe won't fit, so you won't be able to use it.

Fits but haven’t test it on the heavy iphones like the pro or max and be aware this goes permanently on the back side. It’s a fit on a stationary laptop… because you have to stick the glue side behind the screen and you also get a circle to glue behind your iphone too.
