How do delivery and returns work?

Free standard shipping
To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is free for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Contact us promptly if something is wrong. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

I found this device to be AMAZING. It's not common in Brazil. Excellent for iPhone and iPad. Good size, on the iPhone it's secured by MagSafe. I haven't used it yet, but there's space for an SSD. It comes with an adapter for a lighting cable, which is interesting for those who use a Magic Mouse. Good finish, lightweight, I found it very useful! I don't have long-term usage feedback yet, but I believe it's well worth it.

The box arrived damaged despite being well protected, it comes with the necessary accessories to use it and the specific device. I really like using it; I have several files on my mobile and it makes things much easier, in addition to using it as a hub for other devices.

Made with high quality. Everything is working. But it gets very hot, even when idle, just when it's connected. Probably up to 60 degrees. It noticeably burns the hand.

It's a good product, I don't know if this happens with all of them, but the card reader ports didn't work for me. I tried several, but none of them read the cards, which is why I give it 3 stars. Other than that, the other ports work without any problems, and it serves the purpose I was looking for.

A great item for 2230 disks. My disk heats up quite a bit, but the kit included several pads and the chip transfers heat to the case very well. But it does heat up quite a bit. It depends on the disk. Otherwise, the device connects to the phone or PC. All ports work.
