Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. I only use it for charging.
I've had three charging cables for a long time: Micro 5-pin, Type-C, and Lightning.
I only purchased cables that are fully usable, but I often use the micro 5-pin connector since many electronic devices still use it a lot. However, I have never used the Lightning connector before, so I plan to use a Type-C adapter to charge Type-C devices.
It's a bit expensive compared to Ali, but I'm still satisfied.

Good adapter. it is only meant to transfer voltage, not information. i tried using it as an adapter to transfer information through the cable/adapter and it only transfers power. still good quality for the price.
