Really nice! The leather is nice and smooth yet still textured, as well as the "threads" are good too. It comes with a good amount of pages, if you want to buy extra then they both fit into the book. (it's the same amount, with the book or without)
The paper is like average printer paper. Nothing special, not too thick. Definitely wouldn't be able to take waterpaint very well, but most other things should work fine
